We hired Jules for day-of coordination, but she did so much more! She was the point of contact for all of my wedding vendors leading up to the weekend (with several coming from out of town through a blizzard), she organized and shared information, compiled everything to make it easy for everyone to follow, created the timeline, and managed every single detail to make sure the day would be perfect.

Jules literally put together the wedding of my dreams while putting fires out behind the scenes and making sure nothing stressful ever made its way to me or my husband. When the weather decided not to cooperate with us, she seamlessly executed an alternate plan for our ceremony which was somehow even more perfect, magical, and uniquely us than what we had originally planned. Jules navigated all of the logistics of moving our wedding events inside to a new space, all while I was getting ready, and she made sure that I didn’t have to worry about a thing.

Me and my bridal party got ready on site, but we were required to have everything out of the venue that same evening, so Jules packed everything up and transported it all back to our hotel suite during a torrential downpour without us even noticing. Since I was doing all of the planning myself, I found her planning templates to be incredibly helpful as a guide. They covered everything!
