No matter which package you choose or the type of event, you are guaranteed to gain a friend who will make sure everything is done with the highest regard to execute your soiree. Every time I plan an event, I take the same care as if it was my own. I work hard to design creative solutions that fit your taste and budget.
Fully planned but need someone to pull the loose ends together and execute the event so you can enjoy the Big Day? This is our Day of Coordination package but from the moment you hire us we are available for any and all planning questions you have, don’t worry, we’ve got you. Two months before the wedding we will formulate a Timeline and a week before the wedding we will take the reigns from you and take your wedding day vision to reality, while you sit back and enjoy the magic.
Directing the ceremony processional and recessional as well as assisting in practice rehearsal
Coordinating and assisting with the setup of the ceremony and reception (table & chair set up not included)
Available for any questions leading up to the big day.
Acting as the point of contact for all vendors
Setup of wedding accessories such as guestbook, place cards, favors, etc.
Assisting the wedding party and guests as needed
Distribution of vendor gratuity and final payments (I will hand out any final payments and gratuity envelopes that you have provided)
Providing an emergency kit
Assist in gathering gifts and personal items to be taken at end of the evening
I will be by the couples side regularly to make sure the couple is having the time of their life and getting anything they could possibly need.
Creating a Timeline/ Run of Show for the day and sharing it with all the vendors so your chosen team can make your wedding vision come to fruition.
I'll support and advise you throughout the planning process, through a series of detailed meetings
This Package is for you if your looking for a planning buddy and you just don’t know where to start. If your feeling overwhelmed or short on time I can be a helping hand throughout the entire planning process. This package also includes day of coordination.
